If you could pick one moment that helped define the “why“ portion behind what you do, what would yours be?
For me I invest a lot of my time into crossfit because:
1) Fitness is empowering and builds confidence.
2) I can continue to get better at everything no matter how what stage im at in my journey.
3) Competing is my happy place and there is no better feeling in this world than dominating in events. You have to earn it for yourself.
There have been specific moments in my past competitions that have stuck out to me more than anything.

Not being able to pick up the 200lb sandbag at the 2019 Crossfit Games. This thing destroyed me physically and mentally while other competitors were just toying with it. Took 2nd to last in the event which took away my spot on the Podium. It was tough in the moment but I’m glad it happened, it exposed a hole in my game and gave me something to work on in the upcoming training season.
I have been implementing this 200lb sucker twice a week into my training and now its finally paying off.
Todays workout was the following:

1-2-3-4-5-6 SandBag Over shoulder(200lbs)
Little victories like being able to complete this workout make all the blood, sweat and tears worth while. PROVE it to yourself, not others🙌🏼
