Try this one out! Did this in my training today⬇️ ——

4 sets :45 (@500m PR pace)

*rest :60 1:00 (@500m PR pace+5 seconds)

*rest :60

1:15 (@500m PR pace+10 seconds)

*rest 3 minutes between sets
